To send a secure message through your mybarclaycard online account simply select ‘Secure message centre’ which you'll find under 'Help & support' in the top menu.
Common requests that can be completed within mybarclaycard online account servicing:
- Change of address
- Change of name due to due to marriage, civil partnership, separation, divorce, or misspelling – simply send us a secure message.
- To request a Disclosure of Authority, send us a Secure Message.
- Request a new or replacement card.
- Request a credit limit increase or decrease.
