How do I print and save my PDF statement?

Barclaycard online servicing

Once you've logged in or registered for Barclaycard online servicing, just click on the statement you want to save from the 'Statements' tab. After you've opened it, you'll have the option to print or save it.

You'll need Adobe Reader installed - it's easy to use and completely free. You can download it if you don't already have it.

Some customers are having difficulty saving their statement when using Chrome - if you're having this problem, one easy way to resolve it, is to select the 'Print' option and then change the destination to 'save as PDF' and select the save button.

Using the Barclaycard app

Just click on the statement you want to save from the 'Statements' page. Once you've opened it, you can download it, and choose to print it.

On an Android device, once you've opened your statement, select the download icon and it will be saved in the 'My files' folder on your device. From there, open the statement and print it via the settings icon (this icon looks like 3 dots on top of one another), via a Wi-Fi connection to your printer.
