When will you send my alerts and how often?
We'll send different alerts at different times. Here’s a quick guide:
- Account balance alerts are sent weekly, on a day that you choose
- Payment received alerts are sent one working day after we receive your payment – as long as it gets to us before 6pm. If it’s after 6pm, you’ll get the alert within two working days
- Payment due alerts are sent every month when a payment’s due
- Statement ready alerts are sent every month if a statement is created for your account
- Balance limit and monthly spending alerts are sent when you hit your agreed limits
Want to change your alerts? Just log in or register at Barclaycard online servicing, go to the ‘Your details’ tab and click on ‘Alerts and notifications’.
