How do I change my nationality?
If we've got the wrong nationality for you, you can let us know by sending a secure message from Barclaycard online servicing. We’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours of your message being sent.
To send a secure message through our Barclaycard online servicing, simply select ‘Secure message centre’ which you’ll find under ‘Help & Support’ in the top menu.
Alternatively you can contact our Customer Services Team.
Please note that only the main cardholder can make changes like these on the account.
