How do I choose a passcode for Barclaycard online servicing?

You can choose your own passcode and it must be 6 numbers long. Letters, spaces or symbols are not permitted. To protect your account information your passcode cannot be your date of birth and cannot include consecutive or repeated numbers. For example: 123456, 987654 or 222333. We also recommend that you don't duplicate log in details with those held at other financial institutions.

Each time you log in you will be asked to enter your username, your passcode and characters from your memorable word. Once you're logged in you can change your security details at any time by selecting ‘Secure login details’ which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.

Note that your passcode is the same for Barclaycard online servicing and telephone account servicing.
