How do I choose an online passcode?

The passcode you use to access your account online or over the phone must be 6 digits long and contain only numbers (0-9).

It cannot contain letters, spaces or symbols, it cannot be your date of birth, and it cannot include consecutive or repeated numbers, i.e. '123456', '987654' or '222333'. We also recommend you don't reuse login details you use elsewhere.

Every time you log into your Barclaycard account online, you'll be asked to enter your username, your passcode and certain characters from your memorable word.

Once you're logged in you can change your security details at any time by selecting ‘Secure login details’ which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.
