I'm struggling to log into my account online. Why can't you tell me which of the security details I am entering is not matching?
Your secure login details were chosen by you and remain private to you and Barclaycard - they work in combination to identify you to us and help us protect your account. If we revealed which of the three were incorrect, your level of protection would be lower.
Forgotten your passcode or memorable word? We'll ask for some account information to allow you to log into your account.
Forgotten both your passcode and memorable word? Select the 'Forgotten...' link and follow the on screen instructions.
Once you've logged in, you can change your security details at any time by selecting ‘Secure login details’ which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.
