I am having problems logging in to mybarclaycard online account servicing - why can't you tell me which of the security details I am entering is not matching?

The security details requested are only known to you and Barclaycard and work in combination to help protect you from fraud and identity theft. The details you enter enable us to verify your identity as they're chosen by you and protect your account information from being accessed by an unauthorised person. All three must match the details that you have chosen and if we were to reveal those that do not match the level of protection would be reduced.

You can re-set your details by clicking the 'Forgotten your username or ID number?' or 'Forgotten your passcode?' links and following the on screen instructions. If you're unable to remember your memorable word, click on the link 'Forgotten your memorable word?' and follow the on screen instructions. You will need your Barclaycard to hand and your passcode.

To protect your account information you're only able to reset your passcode or memorable word online if you know the other.

Once you're logged in you can change your security details at any time by going to the 'Your settings' page and selecting the 'Your security settings' option.
