Why are you asking me to update some of my personal details?

Barclaycard have a legal and regulatory obligation to ensure that the personal information we hold for all customers is accurate and up to date. If we identify that there is some information we need you to complete we'll request this information from you. From time to time we'll also ask you to check and confirm the contact details we have for you to ensure they are up to date and that we can get in touch with you if we need to.

You can check and update all of your personal details within Barclaycard online servicing. Simply select ‘Contact details' which can be found in 'Your details' in the top menu.
