What do I do if my secure message is longer than the maximum allowed?

If the secure message you send us through Barclaycard online servicing is going to be longer than the maximum limit allowed, please tell us at the end of the first message that it will be continued in a second message. Once you have sent the first message you can then start a new message - when you do so, please advise us that this is a continuation. However, in order to avoid any possible confusion we recommend that you write the message within the 2000 character limit if possible.

When you send us a secure message through Barclaycard online servicing we'll respond to your message within 24 hours.

To help ensure you get your response as swiftly as possible, when you're composing your secure message you'll be offered the option to receive an email to notify you that we have responded to your message.

You can send a secure message by logging into your Barclaycard online servicing and selecting ‘Secure message centre’ which you'll find under 'Help & support' in the top menu.
