I've been given a temporary passcode to log into my account online, how do I use it?

If you registered for Barclaycard online servicing over the phone, you won't need to register again. You can login using the 9 digit ID number and the 6 digit temporary passcode you were given over the phone.

You'll then be prompted to choose a memorable word and a new passcode. Once you've logged in you can also choose a username by selecting ‘Secure login details’ which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.

Every time you log into your account online you'll be required to enter three security details - your username or ID number, your passcode and your memorable word.

These details help us to verify your identity and protect your account as they're chosen by you and private to you and Barclaycard.
