We always try to provide you with the best service possible. However, occasionally we may not live up to your expectations. If you feel our service could have been better, we'd really like to hear from you.

You can send us a message from the ‘Help’ section of your app or Barclaycard online servicing.
If you have any questions about your account you don’t have to wait for our reply. If you have notifications switched on, we’ll send you a notification when we reply, or just log back in when you’re ready to see if we've replied.
If you’ve got a question but don’t currently have a Barclaycard, use our email form to get in touch. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you have an iPhone or iPad you can send us a message using Apple messages – whether you have Barclaycard already or are thinking about getting one.
If any of our services aren’t working as they should be, you can check for the latest service status updates online. You can also plan ahead and check for scheduled maintenance and downtime.
You can call our team Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
