What happens if my card expires?
We'll send a replacement card with contactless technology to you just before your current card expires. If you've registered your card on the Transport for London (TfL) website you'll need to update your details to make sure you continue to receive the benefits of your TfL online account. You'll receive a reminder email from TfL just before your new card is about to expire.
To benefit from Monday to Sunday capping, remember to start using your new card at the beginning of the week.
