Will I be able to check my journey history?

If you have an online Transport for London (TfL) account you can view up to 12 months of journey and payment history. If you haven't already, you can set up an account at contactless.tfl.gov.uk.

If you have a PayTag, call TfL Customer Services on 0343 222 1234* to get your detailed journey and payment history. You'll need your PayTag PAN (this is the first 12 digits of your linked Barclays debit card/Barclaycard followed by the 4 digits printed on your PayTag) and the expiry date of your linked Barclays debit card/Barclaycard to hand.
