What happens to Contactless Mobile if I lose my Credit Card?
If your card is lost or stolen please contact us immediately on 01604 230 230 or +44 1604 230 230 if you're abroad, and we will block it.
If you report your card Lost and Stolen we will block your existing account and open a new account for you. This means that you will not be able to conduct transactions on your old account. However, the new account that is opened as part of the Lost and Stolen process will be available for you to enable Contactless Mobile on immediately, meaning you can make payments straight away.
