What happens to Apple Pay if I lose my device?

If your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, you can go to icloud.com/find or use the Find My iPhone app to suspend or permanently remove your Barclaycard from that device. This will happen even if your device is offline and not connected to a mobile or Wi-Fi network.

As your Barclaycard details aren’t stored on your Apple device, there’s no need to cancel your credit card. Apple will also be able to remove your card(s) from a device.

You'll need to call us on 0800 151 0900 or, if you're abroad, on  +44 1604 230 230 (lines are open 24/7) to suspend or remove your card from Apple Pay. We also offer a Next Generation Text or SignVideo service – you can find out more about this at barclaycard.co.uk/accessibility. If you'd like to know more about call charge details, go here.
