If my Barclaycard PayTag has come off my mobile phone, or if I need to remove it, what should I do?

You will need to request a replacement PayTag as we don't recommend that you try sticking it to a device more than once.

To request a new PayTag send us a secure message by logging into Barclaycard online servicing and selecting 'Secure message centre' which you'll find under 'Help' in the top menu.
