I’ve received a letter that says that my PPI complaint has been rejected. I don’t agree with the decision – what can I do now?

If you have any additional information that you believe was not considered as part of your original complaint, please contact us using the details on the letter you receive from us explaining our decision (also referred to as our Final Response).

If you wish to take your complaint further, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to look into it for you.

You'll need to contact them within 6 months of our Final Response letter – and they'll ask to see the letter for details on our investigation.

You can see more information about them on the FOS website: http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact/PPI.html
