How do I change my date of birth or my nationality?
If we've got the wrong date of birth or nationality for you, you can let us know by sending us a secure message from Barclaycard online servicing. We'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours of your message being sent.
You can send a secure message by logging into Barclaycard online servicing and selecting 'Secure message centre' which you'll find under 'Help' in the top menu.
