Why wasn’t I asked for my Barclaycard Secure password?

Anything you buy online will still go through and be assessed by Barclaycard Secure. You’re currently asked to enter a password to authenticate your transaction when you shop online. But to speed up your online shopping experience, some of your transactions will now go through an express checkout, which will be based on your previous purchase history and info such as what devices you’ve used to shop with online in the past. If you’re not asked to enter your password, you’ll see a message saying ‘Barclaycard is currently verifying your transaction’, so you’ll know your transaction is being processed.
