What if I have a disability that makes using my Barclaycard Chip and PIN difficult?

PIN keypads have been designed with features such as a raised dot on the number five key and have flexible leads to help customers with visual and mobility impairments, however if you have a disability that makes it difficult for you to use or remember a PIN, please call us on 0800 161 5298.
