Will I have to sign for any transactions if I have a Chip and PIN card?

If you're paying for goods abroad where Chip and PIN hasn't been introduced, or in the UK where retailers haven't upgraded, you’ll need to sign to confirm the transaction. For this reason, it’s important you still sign the back of your card as soon as you receive it.
