Why was my interest rate increased when my Experian Credit score is good?

When reviewing your interest rate as part of our on-going account management, Credit Reference Agency data is just one of many factors taken into consideration. These factors include your payment behaviour, how you manage your accounts with us and other members of the Barclays Group. We consider how much credit is available to you in total (even if unused), your current and previous balances, payment history and any financial associations. This is to ensure that we act responsibly.
