Why has my score increased / decreased since I last checked it?

Your Experian Credit Score as provided to Barclaycard customers through Barclaycard online servicing is updated every 60 days.

It is likely your Experian Credit Score will change according to how you are managing your current credit commitments in the months prior (for example, if you have missed credit repayments or used more of your available credit limit) and also if you are making any new credit applications in that time.

If you are seeking more information about changes to your Experian Credit Score, you should contact Experian and they will explain how you can view the information on your Experian Credit Report.
