Can I fix my payment date?
Unfortunately you're not able to fix your payment date. Our payments dates are linked to the working days of each month, each customer is fixed to a particular working day of the month, this means that it will move due to weekends or bank holidays.
If you'd like to move the point of the month that your payment due date currently falls, then please send us the details of your query in a secure message so we can take a look at this for you.
You can send a secure message by logging into your Barclaycard online account and selecting ‘Secure message centre’ which you'll find under 'Help & support' in the top menu, we'll respond to your message within 24 hours.
