I only use my card occasionally so don't always get a statement. How will I know what the Base Rate is?

If you make a transaction on your account, you'll get a statement from us, either by post or email. If you'd like to view past statements and details of your interest rates, simply log in or register for online account services here.

We'll also send you an annual statement each year on the anniversary of your account opening. As well as showing all your transactions and payments, this will include information about rate changes since your last annual statement.

If you make a transaction, we may email or send you an SMS to let you know the Bank of England Base Rate has changed since you last used your card. If your contact details are not up to date, please log into your Barclaycard online account servicing to update them.
