I’ve been charged the wrong amount for a transaction, how can I claim it back?

You can query a transaction within Barclaycard online servicing.

Once you've logged in, select 'Review your Spending' and select the transaction you'd like to query. If you select 'Query the Transaction', you'll see a number of options to select, and this will start the process.
