I haven't received my goods or services because the retailer/service provider/merchant has gone into liquidation, how can I claim this back?
You can send us a query within Barclaycard online servicing.
Once you've logged in, select 'Review your Spending' and select the transaction you'd like to query. If you select 'Query the Transaction', you'll see a number of options to select, and this will start the process.
