What happens if I receive a refund from both Barclaycard and the retailer/service provider/merchant?
If after you've received a refund from us, you then receive a refund from the merchant, please give us a call to let us know, on 0800 161 5291 - lines are open from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday or 8am to 6pm on Saturday - and we'll make the appropriate adjustments to your account.
