I received goods that arrived damaged or not as described, what should I do?
You can raise a query within Barclaycard online servicing.
Once you've logged in, select 'Review your Spending' and select the transaction you'd like to query. If you select 'Query the Transaction', you'll see a number of options to select, and this will start the process.
