What should I do if I didn’t receive goods/services that I've purchased?
If you've ordered goods or services where part or all of the transaction has been paid for using your Barclaycard, you should contact the retailer to check the status of your order first.
If the date for which the goods or services were due to be delivered has passed, and the retailer is unable to deliver the goods/services - for example due to liquidation or has ceased trading - you can submit a claim through Barclaycard online servicing.
Just click on the transaction and select ‘Query this Transaction’. Please note that you'll be asked to provide copies of any receipts or invoices in order to support your claim.
