Why is my statement split into ‘main balance’ and a ‘Purchase Plan’ balance?

If you have a Purchase Plan you will see two categories of balance on your statement.  The first is your ‘main balance’, which is made up of everything that you would have previously seen on your monthly statement including standard, cash and any promotional balances.

The second is your ‘Purchase Plan’ balance which includes any purchases you’ve moved to a Purchase Plan and any Purchase Plan fees.

These two balances combined form your overall account balance and share a single credit limit.
