What do I do, when I can’t get a refund on my purchases?

As with all credit cards, if you pay with your Barclaycard and your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, or the amount you’re charged is wrong, you could be eligible for a refund, whether you shopped in the UK or abroad.

You can submit a claim for a refund through Barclaycard online servicing by clicking on the transaction and selecting 'Query this transaction'. Log in or register for Barclaycard online servicing.

Alternatively you can give us a call on 0800 161 5291 from 7am to 11pm every day. We also offer a Next Generation Text or SignVideo service. For more information visit barclaycard.co.uk/accessibility.

For full details of how to dispute a transaction, what evidence you’ll need to supply and how to make a claim for a refund, to go ‘Protecting you and your purchases’.
