Why do I receive an 'Unable to download' message when using Internet Explorer 8 to view my online statement?
You’ll see this message when one of the security settings is set to ‘disabled’. To view your statements online with Internet Explorer 8:
- click on 'Tools'
- select 'Internet Options'
- click on the 'Advanced' tab
- scroll down to the 'Security' option
- make sure the 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' option is ticked
- click on the 'Apply' button
You should now be up and running.
