Why doesn't my email statement include a Bank Giro Credit slip for me to pay at the bank?
Your email statement doesn’t include a Bank Giro credit slip because you no longer need one to pay at a Branch or by post.
You can now also pay in lots of different ways, including:
Barclaycard online servicing
Pay your bill with your debit card through Barclaycard online servicing and the Barclaycard app.
By Direct Debit
If your card is eligible, you can set up a Direct Debit in Barclaycard online servicing or by calling us.
Using your bank’s online or telephone service
