Why doesn't my email statement include a Bank Giro Credit slip for me to pay at the bank?

Your email statement doesn’t include a Bank Giro credit slip because you no longer need one to pay at a Branch or by post.

You can now also pay in lots of different ways, including:

Barclaycard online servicing
Pay your bill with your debit card through Barclaycard online servicing and the Barclaycard app.

By Direct Debit
If your card is eligible, you can set up a Direct Debit in Barclaycard online servicing or by calling us.

Using your bank’s online or telephone service
Our bank details (for phone or online banking payments):
Our sort code: 20-04-15
Our account number: 38290008
Please make sure you use your card number as the payment reference.

By calling us
Just have your Barclaycard and your debit card to hand.
You’ll see full details of all your payment options on your statement.
