How do I print and save my PDF statement?

In Barclaycard online servicing
Once you've logged in (or registered) at Barclaycard online servicing, just click on the statement you want to save from the 'Statements' tab. After you've opened it, you'll have the option to print or save it.

You'll need Adobe Reader installed – it’s easy to use and completely free. If you don't have it already, you can download it here.

Some customers are having difficulty saving their statement when using Chrome - if you are having this problem one easy way to resolve it is to select the ‘Print’ option and then change the destination to ‘save as PDF’ and select the save button.

In the Barclaycard app
Just click on the statement you want to save from the 'Statements' page. Once you've opened it, you can download it, and choose to print it.

In an Android device, once you’ve opened your statement, select the download icon and it will be saved in the ‘My files’ folder in your device. From there, open the statement and print it via the settings icon (this icon looks like 3 dots on top of one another) via a Wifi connection to your printer.

In iOS (Apple devices), once you’ve opened your statement, select the ‘share’ icon (this looks like a square with an arrow inside it) to choose where you want to move the statement to - or select the print icon to print your statement via a Wifi connection to your printer.”

If you haven't already, download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
