I requested a verification code but it didn't arrive, what should I do?

Check that the mobile phone number on screen is correct, that your phone is switched on and has signal, and please allow 5 minutes for the code to arrive.

If you're sure we've got the right number and it's already been over 5 minutes, please go back to the start and request a different verification code.
