What is a verification code and how will it help me access my account?

If you have an up to date mobile phone number registered to your account and you have forgotten both your passcode and memorable word, then we may be able to send a verification code to you to help you login.

To protect your account, we'll only use the mobile phone number we already hold for your account, so you'll need to make sure this is with you and has signal before requesting a verification code.

The verification code will be used to identify you, so do not disclose the code to anyone as Barclaycard will only ask you to enter it online.
