You'll be asked to set a reminder that our team will be able to read out to you over the phone to help jog your memory.
It needs to be
- 6 to 8 characters long
- Letters only
- It can't be your last name
- It can't include a keyboard or alphabetic sequence of more than 2 numbers (e.g. qwerty or abcgyu)
- It can't contain more than 2 repeated letters (e.g. goggles)
You can change your security details at any time by selecting Secure login details which you'll find under 'Your details' in the top menu.
