How do I cancel my Identity Protection Alert or Card Protection?

If you're a Card Protection customer, you can cancel your policy by contacting CPP on 0844 848 5265. You'll have a 30-day cooling off period from the date of your renewal to cancel your policy and get a refund.

If you're a Sentinel Card Protection customer, you can cancel your policy by calling 0800 023 4318. You'll have a 14-day cooling off period from the date of your renewal to cancel you policy and get a refund.

If you're an Identity Protection Alert customer, you can cancel your policy by calling 0844 809 9372. You'll have a 30-day cooling off period from the date of your renewal to cancel you policy and get a refund.

Please note that if you cancel after the above cooling off period, you won’t be eligible for any premium refund. For call charges click here.
