What happens if I lose my credit card?

You'll need to call us on 0800 151 0900 or, if you're abroad, on  +44 1604 230 230 as soon as you can.
We'll close your card so that no more purchases can be made with it. When we send you your replacement card, we'll automatically add this to your Passbook or Wallet and you'll be able to start using it again.
