Why have late payment and cash withdrawal fees been re-introduced?

We temporarily suspended all cash fees and late payment fees on the 19th March 2020, to help our customers with the initial impact of Coronavirus during these unprecedented times. This temporary suspension ended on the 6th July 2020 and cash fees and late payment fees will now be charged to your account in line with your Terms and Conditions. 

It is important to continue to make your regular monthly payments and to stay within your credit limit, as failure to do so will impact your credit rating and might make it difficult for you to obtain credit in the future. If you are unable to make your payment, please contact us to discuss.
