Yes, your PINsentry card reader will work whenever and wherever you want, but please note that the card reader won't work with international bank accounts.
We recommend that you use the app as it's one less thing to pack for your travels. You can use the service in most countries but some don’t allow encrypted data to be sent over a public phone network. If you’re in doubt, check with the relevant consulate or embassy before using online banking outside the UK.
