My PINsentry card reader says ‘This card is not accepted’ or ‘Card is not responding’ What do I do?
You may have inserted the wrong card. Please pull the card out, check and try again.
If your card is damaged or if the chip is bent out of shape, you’ll need to order a new one. You may have an incompatible card with the PINsentry device. Your card needs to have an expiry date of Feb 2021 or later.
