My PINsentry isn't working. What do I do?

You can order a replacement PINsentry device by calling us on 0333 200 9090. We’re here Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

If you have a smartphone, you might not need a PINsentry device at all. Instead you can use the Mobile PINsentry feature in our app.

If you have the Barclays app, then you can use MobilePINsentry there.

You need to be aged 16 or over and have a Barclays current account, mortgage account or a Barclaycard to use our app.
