Report your lost or stolen card

If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, it’s important to let us know as soon as you can, so we can cancel your card.

Whether you’ve snapped your card by accident or the chip’s worn away, you can order a new one online in no time.

Online servicing

Log in to online servicing, select ‘Manage account’ from the main menu, and choose ‘Order a replacement card’.

We’ll get your new card to you within three to five working days.
