I'm trying to set up a Direct Debit in Barclaycard online servicing, but my account number and sort code aren't being accepted. What should I do?

Please check to make sure your details are correct. If this doesn't help, print a paper Direct Debit mandate, complete it and send it to us. We'll then notify you by letter, when your Direct Debit has been set up.

Please note, if you want to set up a Direct Debit from a joint account, you'll need to send us a paper mandate with both account signatories.
