How long does it take for Barclaycard to resolve a transaction query?

All queries are dealt with on a case by case basis and may be impacted by any request to supply additional information. We aim to issue you with an answer within 3 working days of receiving all the information/documentation we require to evaluate your case. Please note, for your records we may confirm our response to you in writing. Therefore, please allow time for our correspondence to be received.
