What happens if I can't afford my Instalment Plan payment?

Just so you know – you can cancel your Plan for any reason by contacting our customer services team.

If your Plan is cancelled, we’ll move any remaining balance to your standard balance and charge interest at your standard rate, which moves up and down in line with the Bank of England Base Rate.
