If I query a transaction that has debited my account, will I still incur interest/fees on that amount?

When you raise a query, we'll let you know if the transaction amount in question will be suspended from your balance and any interest and/or fees that will be refunded to your account. Please note these may be suspended straight away or after we have received your paperwork and looked into your query.

You can query a transaction within Barclaycard online servicing.

Once you've logged in, select 'Review your Spending' and select the transaction you'd like to query. If you select 'Query the Transaction', you'll see a number of options to select, and this will start the process.
