Once I've queried a transaction on my account, what will happen next?

Once you've submitted your transaction query, we'll suspend your transaction and refund any associated interest or fees, if we haven't already done so. This will rely on us having all relevant supporting information and evidence.

We'll then evaluate your claim and take appropriate action to help you, which may include making representations to the retailer to recover your money.

We aim to issue you with an answer within three working days. Please note that, for your records, we might confirm our response to you in writing. So please allow some time for our correspondence to arrive in the post.
